Rotenturm: Marriage Records
from the Rotenturm Catholic Parish
and from the Civil Recording District at Rotenturm

Patrick has provided marriage records based on the official records of the Rotenturm Catholic Parish for the years 1828 through 1895 and the Rotenturm Civil Recording office for the years 1895 through 1920.

Christian works for the Rotenturm municipality in the Oberwart district. He, with assistance from daughter Nicole, has provided marriage records based on the official records of the Rotenturm Civil Recording office for the years 1921 through 1945.

Rotenturm an der Pinka (Vasvörösvár) was also the official Catholic recording location for:
- Eisenzicken (Németciklény [Vas(verö)szék])
- Oberdorf (Örállás [Monyorópatak])

Rotenturm an der Pinka (Vasvörösvár) was also the official civil recording location for:
- Siget in der Wart (Órisziget)
- Spitzzicken (Oláhcziklény [Oláh Cziklény]) and
- Jabing (Vasjobbágyi) during this time.

The databases consist of 1033 Catholic marriage records from 1828 to 1895, 857 civil marriage records from 1895 to 1920 and 412 civil marriage records from 1921 to 1945.

In the Catholic records, Patrick indicates what he believes is incorrect data by enclosing it in % marks, thus: %wrong%. He includes corrected and/or additional data in parentheses, thus: {right, additional}.
