Halbturn (was Féltorony, Moson Megye)
Village of 1850 residents in the Neusiedl am See district.

North, to the East of the Neusiedler See. 4 km from Hungarian border. Southeast of Neusiedl. Market community. Pop. 1896, houses 634. Post office, school, police station, municipal office.

Bürgermeister names from 1921, Kiss, Gröss, Langenberger, Knöbl, Lang, Schwöglhofer, Samson, Steiner, Thury, Braunschmidt, Stadler, Graf, Jezik, Wagersreiter, Brunner.

There were two emigrants as early as 1880.
