Declaration of consent I hereby confirm that I have been sufficiently informed about the data collection and that the researcher has answered my open questions to my satisfaction. I am aware that my participation in data collection is voluntary and that I can terminate it at any time without giving reasons. I consent to the interview being recorded and later transmitted in writing. I have been informed that my statements can be cited in seminar papers and, if necessary, in scientific papers (master's theses) and publications, provided my name is mentioned.

To this end, the following is agreed:

PRIVACY NOTICE


Thank you very much for agreeing to be available as an interview partner for data collection as part of a course at the University of Vienna.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act (@ 7 para. 2 number 2 DSG), your consent must be obtained for such an interview, as your statements will be used within the course of the course, stating your name. Under certain circumstances, a transcript of the interview can be attached to the seminar paper or scientific work. Seminar papers are generally not published. However, the data can be viewed by the lecturers for the purpose of performance assessment. According to university law, academic theses must be published (by being placed in the national and university library), and they are usually also accessible online. According to Art. 89 Para. 1 GDPR, the collected data may be stored without restrictions.

You can revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time. However, any use of your data that has taken place up to this point in accordance with this declaration of consent is legally compliant.

Furthermore, there is the right to information from the person(s) responsible for this data collection about the collected personal data as well as the right to correction, deletion, restriction of the processing of the data as well as a right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
