- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 stick butter (4 oz.)
Place in blender the eggs, flour, milk, and melted butter. Blend at high speed for 2 to 3 seconds. Turn off and scrape sides, then blend again for 40 seconds. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 13 x 9 enamel pan, melt the stick of butter in oven. Do not burn. Pour in batter. bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then bake at 375°F for 15 minutes. Cut into serving portions and serve at once. This goes with soup.
